I called from out of town to order a funeral spray and specifically asked if the spray could be delivered in time for an evening visitation at a local funeral home. I was assured that the spray would be delivered for the visitation. I suppose they thought no one would know the flowers were not there, but they were caught. A family member called to tell me that my flowers were NOT at the visitation. When I called the Flower and Plant Shop the next morning at 8:05, I was told that another funeral had come up, etc., and my flowers did not get finished but that they would be at the funeral today. I could never seem to make the lady understand how important it was to me that those flowers arrive for the visitation. In fact, she never even apologized until I asked, "Can't you at least apologize? I have not heard anything that even sounded like an apology from you." You should think twice about ordering anything to be delivered from this shop!! Especially if you don't live in the Dothan area.
